This turnkey cold storage project in Qatar includes the complete design, engineering, and installation of advanced refrigeration systems for food preservation. The facility features 14 cold rooms, a fully temperature-controlled corridor, and an efficiently designed loading area, all equipped to maintain stable cooling performance in demanding climatic conditions.

For the loading zone, 6 sectional doors were installed to ensure operational efficiency, proper thermal insulation, and seamless logistics flow.

This project was developed with a complete turnkey approach, covering design, insulation panels, refrigeration units, electrical integration, and commissioning. The +2 °C food cold rooms ensure maximum product freshness and meet international food safety standards. High-Capacity Corridor & Loading Area Cooling

The temperature-controlled corridor and loading area, operating at +10/+12 °C, ensure stable temperature transitions during product handling. With 211.68 m² of corridor space and a large 369.46 m² loading area, the system prevents heat shock, reduces spoilage, and increases operational workflow. Integrated cooling technology provides rapid temperature recovery after every door operation.

Sectional Door Solutions for Thermal Efficiency

The project includes 6 high-performance sectional doors designed for heavy-duty logistics environments. These insulated doors support energy conservation by minimizing temperature fluctuations in the loading zone. Their fast operation, durable structure, and tight sealing significantly improve thermal efficiency and streamline cold chain operations.
